The Starbucks Reserve Roastery at 789 West Nanjing Road, part of HKRI Taikoo Hui, opened in December 2017 as Starbucks’ first roastery outside the United States. At about 30,000 square feet it has three coffee bars, a tea bar and a Princi bakery, and you can watch the beans being roasted under its carved wooden ceiling.
