About Xuhui Runway Park
Longhua Airport closed in 2011, and one of its runways is now Xuhui Runway Park, a strip of lawns, cycle lanes and rows of trees on the West Bund. The main footpath keeps the runway’s painted direction markings. Pair it with the West Bund museums nearby.
