The back story

About Lujiazui and Pudong: the back story
Lujiazui, on the Pudong bank of the Huangpu, is Shanghai’s financial district and its skyline: the Oriental Pearl TV Tower, Jin Mao Tower, the Shanghai World Financial Center and Shanghai Tower. Further east along Century Avenue are Century Park and the Shanghai Museum East.
The towers
Ride to the Top of Shanghai Observatory on the 118th floor of Shanghai Tower, or dine at Maison Lameloise on its 68th.

The riverside
The riverside promenade looks back at the Bund, and the Mandarin Oriental and Pudong Shangri-La sit right on the water.
Shanghai Tower is 632 metres tall.
Century Avenue
Follow Century Avenue east to the Shanghai Museum East and Century Park.
Our advice: go up Shanghai Tower in the late afternoon and stay for the lights.
